In the world of Architecture and Construction many people simply assume that Solid Surface is used as a simple alternative to natural stone - such as Quartz or Granite, particularly for Kitchen Countertops or Bathrooms.
Whilst these are valid applications, what many people fail to understand is that the properties of the material - being shapable and formed 3-dimensionally, its strength and durability means it is suited to all manner of commerical or domestic applications. From the need to have sterile environments (laboratories, healthcare, food production areas); through to bespoke furniture items (reception desks, tables, seating units). From feature bars; through to signs, feature walls and cladding.
The use of the material is generally limitless. And BSF continue to stretch these limits even further!
Below you will find some key examples of different applications of Solid Surface in practice, across a range of commerical and residential applications.
